Short biosketch

Olivier GOUVERT

Olivier GOUVERT received the Engineering degree from Centrale Lille, France, and the M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Lille 1 in 2015.

He is currently a Ph.D. student at the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, within the Signal and Communications Group of the IRIT Laboratory, under the supervision of Cédric Févotte and Thomas Oberlin. He is part of the project FACTORY which has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Unions Horizon 2020 research and innovation program. His work focus on Bayesian matrix factorization models for collaborative filtering when dealing with over-dispersed count data.
